We value teamwork, professionalism, and a positive attitude. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Lead Dental Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring our patients receive the best care possible. You will assist the dentist during procedures, maintain a clean and organized workspace, and help create a comfortable experience for our patients. Key Responsibilities: * Prepare patients for dental procedures by explaining treatments and ensuring their comfort. * Assist the dentist during examinations and treatments, including handling instruments and materials. * Sterilize and maintain dental instruments and equipment in accordance with infection control protocols. * Take dental X-rays as needed. * Maintain accurate patient records and charting. * Provide patient education on oral hygiene and post-procedure care. * Ensure the operatory and office are clean, organized, and stocked with supplies. * Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications: * Active Registered Dental Assistant licensure in Pennsylvania * CPR certification * Knowledge of dental procedures, instruments, and terminology. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. * A caring and compassionate attitude toward patients.
