Job Opportunity: Echo Technician

Overview

Specialty: Echo Technician
Location: Joliet, Illinois
Facility: Saint Joseph Medical Center, part of Prime Healthcare Foundation, Inc.
Employment Type: Long-Term Assignment (LTA)
Contract Length: 12 months

Job Description

ARDMS or CCI certification required.
Previous echo experience required.
On-call requirement: every 4th week from 5 PM to 7 AM.

Required Credentials and Certifications

Driver's License/State ID - Required for onboarding.
Prime OIG - Required for onboarding.
Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test) - Required for onboarding within 60 days of start.
Prime Color-blind test - Required for onboarding, must be completed annually.
Prime Agency Attestation - Required for onboarding.
Prime SAM/EPLS - Required for onboarding.
COVID-19 Vaccine - 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
MMR Vaccine - Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity required.
Fit Test - Annual respirator fit test required.
Hepatitis B Vaccine - Required for onboarding.
Influenza Vaccine - Required from October 1 to May 31.
TB Test - Required for onboarding.
Varicella Vaccine - Vaccination or titer showing immunity required.
Tdap Vaccine - Required for onboarding.
Annual TB Questionnaire - Required for onboarding.
Social Security Card - Required for onboarding.
Physical/Health Statement - Must state clear to work, required for onboarding.
Prime Core Competencies Exam - Must score 80% or higher.
Prime Skills Checklist - Required for submission.
Prime Criminal Background Check - Required for onboarding.
Prime Badge Photo - Clear headshot required for onboarding.
Prime Form I-9 (Employment eligibility verification) - Required for onboarding.
Prime Job Description - Signed by employee, required for onboarding.
Prime COA - Required for onboarding.
DCI/BVP Certification - Required for onboarding.
License/Certificate Verification - Primary source verification required for onboarding.

Additional Information

A notarized name affidavit is required for any discrepancies between credentials (optional for submission).
Annual completion of certain health and safety checks is mandatory.
