I have been traveling for 3.5 years now, and Natasha Pierce is THE BEST recruiter I’ve ever had! She is extremely responsive and excellent at what she does. She truly cares and works as your personal advocate. Unlike any other recruiter I've worked with, she has notified me of newly posted contracts even before I see them (and when it’s time to look for my next contract, I am refreshing the page constantly!). Because of her, MedSol has been my favorite agency that I’ve worked with, and I’ve gotten to travel to some of my top locations! Their app is one of the most user friendly travel nursing apps, they offer competitive pay, and I’ve never had any issues with my paychecks. They also reimburse for licensure and scrubs.

Cons

The only con working with MedSol has been not quite having as big of a selection of NICU contracts as larger companies like Aya. This is really the only reason I have ever strayed away from MedSol during my travel nursing career.
