Job Opportunity: Cath Lab Technician

Location

State: California
City: Victorville
Facility: Desert Valley Hospital
Hospital System: Prime Healthcare Foundation, Inc.

Employment Details

Employment Type: LTA (Long-Term Assignment)
Contract Length: 13 weeks
Shift Details: 4 shifts of 10 hours each, on call 2 days a week, and 1 weekend a month. Start and end times may vary.

Required Credentials and Certifications

Prime CA Sexual Harassment Prevention Training
- Valid for 2 years.
- Required for onboarding.
Driver's License/State ID
- Required for onboarding.
Prime OIG
- Required for onboarding.
Prime Drug Screening (minimum 10-panel test)
- Required for onboarding.
Prime Color-blind test
- Must be completed annually.
- Required for onboarding.
Prime Agency Attestation
- Required for onboarding.
Prime SAM/EPLS
- Required for onboarding.
BLS (Basic Life Support)
- Must be from American Heart Association or Red Cross.
- Required for onboarding.
License/Certificate Verification
- Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start.

COVID-19 Vaccine
- 2 vaccines and booster required or declination completed.
- Required for onboarding.
MMR (Measles, Mumps, Rubella)
- Proof of 2 vaccines or positive titer showing immunity required.

- Annual respirator fit test required.
