Job Description

  • Position: Special Procedures Cath Lab Tech
  • Requirements:
    • Must have ARRT and Arizona Radiologic Technologist license.
    • RCIS certification is preferred but not required.
    • Minimum of 24 months of current Cardiac Cath Lab Technologist experience is required.
    • Active certifications from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross must be included in submission.
    • No license hits are allowed.

Additional Information

  • Candidates with an Arizona home address on their driver's license will not be considered.
  • All requests for time off (RTO) must be listed on the cover page and cannot exceed 7 days. RTO will not be approved in the first week of assignment or during holidays.
  • All facilities and shifts the traveler is open to working in should be listed in the submission.
  • Candidates must be pre-closed and ready to accept the position.
  • A specific cover page must be filled out completely, including a resume with details about previous facilities, facility size, beds, trauma level, and units.

Compliance Requirements

  • Learning modules must be completed prior to the start of the assignment.
  • Background requirements must be adhered to and attested to.
  • Non-billable hours have been adjusted to reflect 16 hours for each assignment.
  • The client or vendor may cancel an assignment in progress with 7 days written notice without penalty.
