Location: Bronx, New York
Full-Time | Leadership Role | 40 hours per week

Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) to provide executive-level leadership across all nursing departments. As a key member of the executive team, the CNO will drive clinical performance, patient satisfaction, and staff development in a diverse and fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements:

New York State RN License – Required
Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – Required
Master’s Degree – Preferred
Minimum 7 Years of Nursing Experience
At least 5 years in a supervisory or management role

Duties:

Plan and Develop programs to improve patient care and employee performance.
Monitor performance for patient care, assess units w with nurse managers and communicates and assists w with any corrective action.
Develop Record keeping system to record medication errors/counselling
Opportunities for professional development and continued education
Collaborative and inclusive leadership culture
Meaningful impact in a vibrant, diverse community
