Description
Dates of Coverage: As soon as possible, ongoing.
Practice Setting: Outpatient follow-up solid tumor appointments primarily, with patients who are on active treatment and in survivorship.
Call Ratio: 1 in 3 or 4 weeks
Average Number of Patients Per Day: 10-12
Documentation System/EMR: Epic, Beacon
Trauma Level/Designation: III
Patient Population for Required Coverage: Adult, Geriatric
Number of Physicians in Practice: 2
How Many APPs Provide Coverage: 2
Clinical Area: Oncology - Outpatient Setting
APP will not be working autonomously
Supervising medical oncologists onsite and radiation oncologists onsite.
Medical oncology experience required.
