• Weekly Hours: 36 guaranteed
• Number of Openings: 1
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years in home care
• Call/Floating: None required
• Caseload: Approximately 18 patients, minimum of 5 units per day

Requirements

• Valid OT license in Maine
• BLS certification
• Reliable transportation
• Must secure housing within 30 minutes of the territory
• Experience with EPIC EMR system
• Skills in adult home care preferred

Work Environment & Equipment

• Agency-provided laptop and phone
• EMR system: EPIC

Personality & Dress Code

• Organized, collaborative, flexible
• Scrubs or business casual attire acceptable
• Open-toed shoes not allowed
