Job Description

• Rotating shifts.
• Massachusetts RN license required.
• Certifications required: BLS, ACLS, PALS.
• Shared housing provided at no cost.

Required Credentials

1. Mass RN License: Primary Source Verification required within 30 days of start date.
2. BLS Certification: Must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
3. ACLS Certification: Must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
4. PALS Certification: Must be from AHA, Red Cross, CHSF, or Military.
5. COVID-19 Vaccine: Completed primary series or up-to-date vaccine required.
6. MMR Vaccination: Documentation of two measles, two mumps, and one rubella vaccine or proof of immunity.
7. Influenza Vaccine: Required during flu season (Sept 15 - April 30).
8. TB Test: Documentation of TB skin test or negative QuantiFERON TB Test within 3 months of start date.
9. Health Statement: Signed by MD/DO/NP/PA within 365 days of start date.
10. Fit Test: N95 fit test required within 365 days of start date.
11. Hepatitis B: Record of 3 vaccines or proof of immunity (optional).
12. Tdap Vaccine: Preferred within 10 years.
13. Criminal Background Check: Required within 45 days prior to start date.
14. Education Verification: Verification of highest level of education achieved.
15. References: Two recent references, including at least one supervisor or above.
