Job Details

• Start: ASAP
• Shift: Dayshift Monday through Friday with rotating evening, night, weekend, and holiday call
• Schedule Options: 5x8-hour shifts or 4x9-hour shifts
• Work Areas: Cardiac Cath Lab, Interventional Radiology, and IR holding department
• Patient Population: Adult patients with a variety of disease processes
• Experience Required: Minimum 2 years
• Licensure: Must have a South Carolina nursing license
• Travel Restriction: 50-mile radius restriction applies
• Background: Facility does not accept candidates with background hits or licensure actions

Required Skills & Certifications

• IV start
• Circulate
• Telemetry
• Conscious Sedation
• Hemodynamic monitoring and PACS experience preferred
• Meditech EMR experience
• BCLS (Basic Life Support) - AHA only
• ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) - AHA only, required for Cath Lab, ER/ED, ICU, OR, PACU

Required Documentation & Compliance

• Proof of I9 or Attestation
• Government issued photo ID (must be carried during hours of service)
• Proof of E-Verify or Attestation
• Residency Declaration Form (if working on a compact license)
• Background check within 6 months (criminal background check required; notarized attestation accepted as last resort)
• EPLS/GSA/SAM and HHS/OIG checks within 30 days of start and updated for renewals
• Proof of 2 clinical references or hospital evaluation
• Complete employment application/resume
• Skills checklist updated annually (as applicable)
• Transcript/Diploma copy (if applicable)

Facility-Specific Requirements

• Completion of ~81 Relias Program Modules prior to first shift and orientation (up to 8 hours allowed for orientation)
• Badge photo (no hats, sunglasses, shadows, or altered images)
• Signing of facility job description and data access confidentiality forms (digital signatures accepted)
• Employee Health Questionnaire and Serial TB Screening Self Evaluation (required for clearance)
• Vaccine Declination Form if declining any vaccines

Health & Immunization Requirements

• Physical exam attesting ability to meet physical demands (annual update required if working 1+ year at facility)
• Tetanus/Diphtheria/Tdap within 10 years or facility-specific declination
• Negative TB test or chest X-ray within 1 year (2-step PPD, Qgold, or Tspot)
• TB Questionnaire required for positive PPD and most units (except Respiratory Therapy and ED)
• Measles (Rubeola), Mumps, Rubella: Titer or 2 vaccines plus 2 boosters or declination
• Hepatitis B: Positive titer or vaccine series required; declination form required if negative
• Varicella: Titer or 2 vaccines plus 2 boosters or declination
• Drug testing: 10 panel within 6 months of start (instant tests not accepted)
• Seasonal Flu Vaccination/Documentation for 2024-25 or facility-specific declination
• COVID-19 vaccination or facility-specific declination

• Facility is strict on obtaining hospital evaluations if candidate has prior agency assignments
• Candidates must meet all licensure, certification, and health requirements prior to start
• Facility does not accept candidates with any licensure actions or background issues
