Number of Beds: 41
Staffing:
- Day Shift: 4 RNs, 5 LPNs
- Night Shift: 4 RNs, 4 LPNs
Patient Ratios: 1:6
Type of Equipment: Patient lifts, iSTAT, glucometer, inhalers/breathing treatments
EMR System: Meditech Magic

Must Have:
- IV certification for LPNs
- BLS certification
- Ability to read telemetry
Preferred Skills:
- CRRN Certification
- Knowledge of Quality Indicator scoring in a post-acute setting
- ACLS certification (within 90 days)

Enjoys educating patients and family members on care plans and rehabilitation programs
Strong communication skills
Empathetic and acts as a patient advocate
