• At least one year of experience outside of clinicals
• Active Arizona Occupational Therapy license upon application
• AHA BLS certification

Job Overview

Provide Occupational Therapy treatments based on physician referrals and regulatory standards. Tailor treatments to patient age and specific needs while demonstrating clinical competence.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patient abilities, set functional goals, and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer therapy safely, adjusting plans as needed with patient and family involvement
• Complete thorough, timely, and compliant documentation of assessments and progress
• Communicate effectively with medical staff, patients, and families to ensure quality care
• Adapt to schedule changes and assist across care areas as needed
• Supervise and delegate tasks to support staff and students, ensuring competency and compliance
• Support departmental improvement initiatives and productivity goals
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support patient care
